Hey guys,
As most of you probably know by now Disqus has stopped providing services to many sites and our site is one of them. Right now,
we are in the middle of developing our independent comment system. As of today(26 March 2025), we are releasing the comment with
Limited features. There are other features still under development and may take some time to roll out.

"I understand the registration process. In fact, I suppose I have to register. Let's take care of things one by one."
The guild master, deep in thought with his hand on his chin, raised a single index finger.
"First, Kilwell."
"Y-Yes!"
Called out by name, Kilwell immediately stood at attention, his posture rigid.
"You are forbidden from speaking about the appearance of Frozvitnir. Naturally, that also includes the fact that this E-rank adventurer, Shu, has made it his tamed beast. The less confusion, the better."
"U-Understood! I won’t tell anyone! …Not that anyone would believe me anyway."
"Good. I'll count on you for that. I'll also provide additional compensation later, so you may leave now."
Hearing the guild master’s words, Kilwell’s tense expression softened slightly.
"Ah, yes! Then, excuse me…"
With that, he glanced at Frozvitnir before hurriedly exiting the room as if escaping.
"Now, next."
After seeing Kilwell off, the guild master raised a second finger, this time his middle finger.
"About your tamed beast—I'll register it as Frozvitnir in the guild's internal records. However, publicly, I’d like to list it as a young Silver Wolf. Would that be alright?"
"I don’t particularly mind, but…"
I had no intention of drawing unnecessary attention, so it didn’t matter to me. However, I had no idea why he looked so apologetic about it.
"That’s a relief. While projecting strength is an important survival skill for adventurers, in this case…"
The guild master exhaled in relief with a wry smile, and Wyatt took over the explanation.
"Exactly. You’ll be known as the one who ended this incident. But if someone interprets it differently, you could just as easily be seen as a criminal who used a tamed beast to stir up trouble."
"What!?"
I was about to deny it outright, but then memories of my past experiences flashed through my mind. If anything, the latter possibility seemed more likely. This world wasn’t kind to outsiders—many people would gladly ruin others for their own gain.
In that sense, the people here, working to keep things quiet, were actually doing me a favor. While I could understand the guild master’s reasoning, there didn’t seem to be any direct benefit for the members of Fang of the Sky Wolf.
"This kind of fraud has happened before. Some adventurers let their already-tamed beasts rampage without registering them, then pretend to subdue them later for the reward."
"Since proving innocence can be difficult, once suspicion falls on you, you’ll find it hard to stay in that town. It’s best to take precautions so you aren’t accused in the first place."
"Seriously?"
"We know you wouldn't do such a thing."
"It’s not a problem this time. But if you tame any more monsters in the future, make sure to register them with the guild immediately."
Listening to the two of them explain, I was stunned. If that happened, I’d become even more paranoid. What a terrifying world.
As I shuddered at the thought, the guild master raised a third finger.
"Now for the main issue—if we register your tamed beast as a young Silver Wolf, how do we officially resolve this incident?"
"That’s what I’ve been struggling with. I’m not sure how to report this to the guild…"
The guild master seemed genuinely troubled, but Wyatt smirked and turned to us.
"Got any good ideas?"
"Eh? A way that won’t raise suspicion?"
That’s easy to ask but hard to answer. I didn’t even know the full circumstances of how Frozvitnir had been spotted. Also, Wyatt didn’t seem keen on thinking up a plan himself.
"Umm…"
Rio was earnestly trying to come up with something, but it wasn’t like a great idea would appear out of nowhere.
"If only there were another big Silver Wolf around…"
One of the Fang of the Sky Wolf members muttered while thinking aloud.
"Yeah, right. Like one would conveniently show up from deep in the forest."
"And it’d have to be big, too. No way."
"Ufufufu."
Their laughter carried an air of resignation, but if that explanation would work… I had a solution.
"Actually, I have a Silver Wolf."
"Huh?"
"You have one? …Wait, not 'is,' but 'have'?"
Everyone turned to me with skeptical expressions, but the answer was simple. I still had several Silver Wolves stored in my dimensional storage. Some of them were quite large.
"I have a few in my dimensional storage. I’ll give you the biggest one. If we say that was the monster that appeared in the forest, that should settle everything."
"What?"
I casually opened my storage and checked inside.
"Hmm… This one’s about three meters tall."
"Dimensional storage…"
Oh, right. How do I hand it over?
"Oh, I could just say I transported it here. Also, Rio, don’t you have a Silver Wolf in your storage too?"
"I do. Give me a moment…"
"Wait, both of you can use it!?"
Ignoring everyone’s shock, Rio checked her storage for the largest Silver Wolf.
"Ah, I found one that’s four meters."
"Four meters, huh? That’s not too different. Should be fine, right?"
"…You two are really E-rank adventurers?"
"Hmm, I’d like to hear more about this. Between Frozvitnir and the dimensional storage, you two don’t seem like E-rank material."
What I thought was a perfect solution only ended up drawing more suspicion from everyone in the room.
