I began showing Dolph around the store. The shop wasn’t particularly large, so it didn’t take long.

"This is the storage room. Each type of product is kept in these wooden boxes. When the items on the shelves in the store run low, bring what’s needed from here and stock them. The price tags are on the shelves, so you’ll gradually get used to where things go."

For the most part, when items run low, either Lilia, Fia, or I bring replacements from the storage room. Some items, like tarps, are surprisingly heavy, so I usually handle those so Fia doesn’t have to struggle.

We practiced using the register with the shop’s money. Having everyone participate helps us all learn better.

In just one week, Lilia and Fia had already mastered most of the cashiering and customer service, but I thought they could still learn from each other.

Dolph didn’t seem to have issues with calculating totals. It took him a little longer when there were many items, but that would improve with practice. For the first few days, he’ll be shadowing me anyway, so he can get used to it gradually.
